Filmmaker SS Rajamouli says that like any other filmmaker, he too has ambitions of making a Hollywood film someday. However, the decision to venture into Hollywood has not been an easy one for the filmmaker, whose latest film “RRR” has been winning various award functions in the US after garnering a lot of strong buzz. “I think making a film in Hollywood is the dream of every filmmaker around the world. I’m no different. I’m open to experimenting,” Rajamouli told American news outlet Entertainment Weekly during an award-winning podcast.

The filmmaker, whose filmography also includes hits like “Magadheera”, “Eega” and two “Baahubali”, says he is “a little confused” as he likes the creative freedom he gets while directing Telugu films. He said, “Back in India, I’m a dictator. Nobody tells me how to make a film.”

He believes that a Hollywood project could be an opportunity for co-credit. Rajamouli said, “Probably, my first step would be to collaborate with someone.”
