Now, following his footsteps, Jisoo is all set to make his solo debut soon. While her agency YG Entertainment did not reveal when Jisoo’s solo album would be out, she said that the singer is in the process of recording.
Jisoo’s agency YG Entertainment said, “Blackpink’s Jisoo is currently working hard on recording her solo album. For the unversed, Kpop girl band, Blackpink kicked off their biggest ever Born Pink World Tour in October and they recently performed in Berlin. The band debuted in the South Korean capital Seoul on October 15 and garnered loads of appreciation and love for their latest album and performances. They will conclude the tour with a performance in Auckland, New Zealand on 15 June.
With the release of Born Pink, girl band BLACKPINK broke their own record by selling over 1 million copies on the first day of sales. It marked the first time that any K-pop girl group album surpassed 1 million on its day of release.
