Drishyam 2 Box Office Collection: Ajay Devgn’s film has stunned with its box office numbers. The two-week-old film is bringing in more crowds than N Action Hero and Bhediya combined. The two new Bollywood releases have failed to gain viewership while Drishyam 2 has managed to grow on a daily basis.

Initial reports say that Drishyam 2 earned around Rs 4-4.25 crore on its third Friday. The film is behind KGF Chapter 2 and The Kashmir Files in the list of films doing phenomenal business in the post-pandemic era. “Collections are only behind KGF 2 and RRR and are in the same category as The Kashmir Files on third post-pandemic and beat every other film. We are not counting Brahmastra here as it is the highest Cinema Divas for that film. And because of this it Box Office India said, “Drishyam 2 is likely to do better than Brahmastra for the weekend.”

The sequel to ‘Drishyam’, in which Vijay Salgaocar (Devgn) succeeds in saving his family from police custody, brings a new twist with the case being reopened and Vijay confessing but is he really going to do the same? is what the movie is about. The stakes were high in Drishyam 2 as Tabu (Meera Deshmukh), who returned in a more violent way to exact revenge on Vijay, teams up with Akshay to investigate the murder of her teenage son.
Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta also reprized their roles as Vijay’s wife and daughter respectively.
