As per reports, the film earned 40% more than the first day collection of the actor’s previous film Major. The film reportedly opened in double digits and earned over Rs 10 crore. Trade analyst Sumit Kandel shared the details on Twitter. He wrote, “#HIT2 has taken a very good opening at the domestic box office. Trending suggests a double digit opening. Most of the films led by famous stars fail to give 10 cr+ opening in 2022, #AdiviSesh do it managed to bar the year with #Major and Hit2.”

‘HIT 2’ is the second installment of ‘HIT’ Shlok by Dr. Sailesh Kolanu. The film directed by Sailesh Kolanu is slated to hit the screens on December 2, 2022. The film is about the journey of Krishna Dev (KD), a quiet cop who encounters a horrifying case. In the film, KD mocks criminals as “bird-brains” and then finds himself solving a gruesome murder that has shaken the entire city. KD’s life, love, job, and everything else are intertwined as the stakes soar. Will KD be able to solve the case, for example? Will he be able to track down the real culprit of this heinous crime? The film answers these and other questions.
The film stars Meenakshi Chowdhary in the lead role, while Rao Ramesh, Srikanth Maganti, Komali Prasad will be seen in key roles. Prasanthi Tipirneni is producing the film while Natural Star Nani is presenting it under Wall Poster Cinema.
