Jhanvi Kapoor Recently took the fans for a tour of her house in Chennai. The actress revealed that this was her late mother and the veteran Bollywood star’s first property Sridevi Bought. Janhvi also shared that the house is very close to her and the family and was decorated with artworks and paintings that Sridevi collected from across the world. It also has paintings done by Sridevi, Janhvi and her sister Khushi Kapoor.
As she wandered through the rooms, balconies and dining areas, Janhvi caught a glimpse of the wall that had family photographs plastered on it. He also shared some stories related to the photographs. The Miley actress pointed to some photographs from the wedding of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor and said, “This is a picture of mom and dad’s wedding. It was some kind of secret wedding, I think.” “That’s why they seem so stressed,” she continued. Moments later a confused Janhvi said, “I don’t know if I should have said that.” Watch video:
Janhvi also revealed an incident when Boney Kapoor went to Italy to surprise Sridevi. The actress shared that a man in the European country asked Sridevi, when the filmmaker heard about it, he immediately flew to Mumbai to be with her.
It was in 1996, when the actress tied the knot with filmmaker Boney Kapoor. The two welcomed Janhvi, whom the late actress called Jaanu, in 1997. In 2000, she gave birth to Khushi.
Sridevi, who passed away in Dubai in 2018, was born in 1963. He is known for his roles in ‘Chandni’, ‘Lamhe’, ‘Mr. India’, ‘Chaalbaaz’, ‘Judai’, ‘English Vinglish’ and ‘Mom’.
Talking about Jhanvi’s professional commitments, the actress who was last seen in Mili is currently shooting for ‘Bawal’, which also stars Varun Dhawan. It is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson. The film is directed by Nitesh Tiwari and will hit the screens on April 7, 2023.
