
As Nayanthara-starrer Tamil film ‘Connect’ gears up to release on December 22, the makers of the film have decided to release its Hindi version considering the response from all around. The film marks director Ashwin Saravanan’s second collaboration with Nayanthara after ‘Maya’. Ashwin has also worked with Taapsee Pannu in ‘Game Over’ and has a firm grasp on the horror-thriller genre.
Talking about the development, producer Vignesh Shivan, who is Nayanthara’s husband, shared, “Audiences are appreciating Nayanthara’s work in North and since the subject pertains to the public at large, we are considering remaking the film in Hindi.” Planning to release in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.”
He mentioned, “This is another amazing horror film from our director Ashwin who is the best in this genre. His previous films, ‘Maya’ and ‘Game Over’ both were watched and received immense love by the Hindi belt audience and we are Make sure ‘connect’ will also get the same response”.
