Even though the film opened in lesser numbers, it registered an increase on Saturday and Sunday. However, the same could not be said for Millie and Double XL. With low occupancy, movies struggle at the ticket window. Both the films have not been able to earn even one crore in a day. Things will get more difficult for these three films during the weekdays.

The makers shared in a statement, Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan starrer Phone Bhoot jumped 35% on the second day. Looking at the box office performance of Phone Bhoot, the film collected Rs 2.05 crore on the first day. Moving towards its second day across the country on Friday, the film posted a whopping 35% jump in its collection of Rs 2.75 crore. on Saturday.

Miley, on the other hand, saw growth, but with less engagement. The film had earned close to Rs 80 lakh in the first two days. Jhanvi KapoorThe survival thriller film ‘Mili’ is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam film ‘Helen’. Helmed by Mathukutty Xavier, the film also stars Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa in lead roles. ‘Mili’ marks the actor’s first professional collaboration with Janhvi’s father Boney Kapoor.

Huma Qureshi and Sonakshi Sinha’s film which released together with Phone Bhoot and Mili is struggling at the ticket window. The film has not been able to earn Rs 50 lakh in three days. As per Box Office India report, “Double XL is also doing very poorly. Collection of Double XL for first two days is as follows. Friday – 12,50,000, Saturday – 17,50,000,” reported Box Office India .
