Shahrukh KhanVideos of Mecca are going viral on social media. In the viral video and pictures, the Bollywood star can be seen performing Umrah in the holy city. In visuals shared by the paparazzi and the actor’s fan accounts, Shah Rukh is seen dressed in white and surrounded by several people. He has covered his face with a mask.
As soon as the pictures surfaced online, Shah Rukh Khan rushed to react to them in the comments section, wrote a user. Another said, “Neither the king nor the beggar are all equal when they are before Almighty Allah.” A third wrote, “Mashallah very proud of him and love him more for it. May Allah bless him, protect him and guide him to the straight path.” Several others left heart emojis on the post. Shah Rukh Khan was in Saudi Arabia in connection with the shooting of his upcoming film Danki. As soon as he finished shooting for the film, he posted a video from the shoot location on Instagram and thanked the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture and the film’s team for making it a successful project.
In the video, Shahrukh is seen in a black coat and he is also wearing black glasses to match his attire. He appeared in the middle of the desert of Arabia. “Nothing is more satisfying than completing a shooting schedule here in Saudi with Donkey,” he added.
The actor then thanked director Rajkumar Hirani as well as all the cast and crew members involved in the making of ‘Dunkie’. He said it was “lovely” shooting for Danky and thanked the government for allowing him to shoot the film in “stunning locations” of his country.
He wrote: “A huge thank you to the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Culture, the team and everyone who made this shoot schedule of #Dunky so smooth…”
Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, ‘Dankey’ marks the first collaboration between Shah Rukh and the director. It also stars Taapsee Pannu. Earlier, the film’s team was seen shooting for the film in London. The project was initially announced in April, 2022.
